Is Coaching the same as Counseling?

No, although they do have similarities.

Coaching typically focuses on the present complexities of life, working to promote clarity and discovery, utilizing new tools in partnership with purpose filled action steps to move forward toward a specific outcome.

How many sessions are in a typical coaching cycle?

This depends on your desired outcome and if this is individual or group coaching. In general, 12 sessions over a 6 month period is preferable to start with; however, our coaching cycles are tailored to meet your specific needs, schedule and motivation for change .

What is your coaching style?

As a Professional Certified Coach I adhere to the ICF Code of ethics and am trained in the leadership, management and psychology of positive coaching.
